Entitlement to costs order

If a successful party to civil proceedings fails to make an application for costs at the time of the hearing of the application, can he bring the matter back before the court?

I assume you are asking about a dispute in the English Courts subject to English Law.

If you are, considerably more information is required:

i) what are you? - individual or corporation?

ii) were you represented? If so, by what?

iii)before what were you appearing?

iv) was any application made?

v) if not, why not?

vi) why type of order was the court making?

vii) what order did the court made?

Sorry to respond with questions but given the open nature of the question, any other answer would be of limited utility
