Re: how to reinstate a case once struck out

I am far from certain that it was the case that your company had ceased to exist simply because it had been struck out by an administrative error at Companies House. Whether or not this was the case however there should be no particular difficulty in having the companies action reinstated. This is a classic case where the striking out was through no fault of your own and where there is a claim which justice demands should be heard.

The procedure is neither difficult nor expensive and we will be delighted to assist.
