i want to sell our house .my ex partner lives in it with our 2 children.my name is on the mortgage too.is it possible?

The property is jointly owned and you will therefore not be able to sell without either your former partner's agreement or an order for sale from the court. If she will not agree to a sale and you need to apply to the court we have downloads available from our website or you can instruct one of our lawyers to prepare the application on your behalf.
