Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom

living with my british wife

Just wanting to know if i can legally live with my wife who is a british citizen, with out having to have a visa and how to obtian a landed immagrant status form and if i can apply for it in the uk?

We got married here in canada on june 9th 2006 in calgary alberta. thank you for any help and infomation.

In order to answer your question, I need a few more details. I assume you are living in Calgary presently and will be seeking to obtain permanent residence for your wife.

How long has your wife been in Canada? Are you a Canadian citizen or permanent resident?
