Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
What options do I have after finishing studying in the US?
I am a British Citizen who is studying for a degree on an F1 Visa. I have a year and a half left before I am finished with my degree. What options do I have to stay in the UDS when I am done with my degree? Before I began studying I worked in the US on J1 and H2B visa's and have been in the country for 5 years.

Re: What options do I have after finishing studying in the US?
Your circumstances necessitate a consultation since we would need to be sure that there were no restrictions on your J-1 and on your ability to obtain another H beyond the 6 year limitation. Other peripheral issues may arise as well. If you would like to set up an appointment you may contact us at (732) 985-1310.
