Do I need to incorporate another company in Germany?
I have a company incorporated in the UK. I have a work order from Germany, will my employee need to get a work permit in Germany? or will I have to incorporate in Germany as well?

Great Britan is part of the EU, your employees can work in Germany without any additional docs as long as the job is timely limited and only for your company
