Legal Question in Real Estate Law in United Kingdom

when access to domicilium citandi et executandi is prevented

the chosen domicilium citandi et executandi forms a specific house of some 34 houses which forms a cluster / compound of houses and they are all located within high walling and locked gates.

how can service be effected if you can not get entry into the property to serve on the specific house

would it be in order to attach notice on the locked main entrace gate of the property where all occupants have to pass through to gain accesss to their individual homes

also is there any case law on this question

thanks

stewart

Depends what you are trying to serve but have a look at the Civil Procedure Rules if it is a court process
