Legal Question in Disability Law in United States

I have file a dicrimination charge against my employer, first about the denying my fmla and over 2 months later, the ADA paperwork I turned in is still under review. Second, I have many pages of actions taken against me, I am the only causcasian server in an asian restraurant. I have had seniority, along with an agreement to work nights but continue to be on a mixed schedule even with the papers I turned in, being know. I have been accused of having cocaine on my by the executive chef.. I have had several incedinces where I have had troubles with my tables ( I wait tables in a big casino) such as the worng food being sent out 4 different times in one night. Money being taken from one of my tables, (which was found later) there are many things, a lot have popped up since them finding out about my eeoc complaint. I met with h.r. And went over all the charges against my boss and their last question to me was what I wanted out of all this. I don't know what to tell them. I'm a hard worked, never late, have more letters from guests saying how great I am. I have the highest tip percentage of anyone there but I get treated horribly. If feel if I was asian or female, there would be no issues.
