Reed your original contract carefully. You do have the right of free and un-interrupted enjoyment of the premises that you rented.
Joe is right - you have all the rights of the owner unless excluded in lease BUT you have basis rights under "userfruct" provisions in the landlord-tenant law in your jurisdiction. Landlord has NO right to come into you abode uninvited unless you gave him/her/it that right when you signed your lease -- read lease carefully before you file an application for trespass warrant against landlord
