power of attorney

my siter and brother have poa/my sister wrote checks to herself and paid her bills with the money..to the tune of $19,00.00...since Social

Security checks are involved and Medicare may have to pay that bill/can the government bring charges against my sister?

In order to answer your question answer your question I would need to set up a retainer agreement to review the whole situation. It's impossible to make a determination of what's right or what could happen without a disclosure of the full facts.
