Legal Question in Disability Law in Utah

I have been divorced since November of 2009 and I have full custody of my 2 daughters. My ex wife has so far paid child support one time and has not paid any of her obligations as set forth in our divorce decree.

I am paying $250/month for alimony.

I would like to suspend alimony payment until the cost of other expenses has been met (around $3500). Is there a way to do this?

You can return to court and ask the court for an offset for the alimony versus child support.
