Legal Question in Administrative Law in Utah

I am filling out a employment application and I pled Guilty to a 2nd degree fraud charge. The Prosecutor agreed to a plea in abeyance until restitution is paid. What do I put on the application? Have I been convicted of a felony or am I still just being charged? Also If I answer yes to a felony, what do I answer to Have you ever been convicted of a felony involving dishonesty or breach of trust?

I suppose it depends on when you entered the plea in abeyance. Until you've completed the terms of the probation, there is a guilty plea. You can disclose this fact on the job application. If you've successfully completed the probation and the case should be dismissed, you should have the record expunged as soon as possible. That way, you can state that there has been no conviction.
