Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
What do I need to do if I received this:
ORDERED that the debtor, must complete, sign and file with the Court the attached Payment Advices Certification complete with photocopies of all payment advices by November 21,
2011;1 and it is further
ORDERED that if the Payment Advices Certification indicates that the filing of payment advices was required, debtor filing such a Certification must show cause why his case should
not be dismissed for failure to comply with Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007(c)
I have completed the first order, but what do I do for the second one? I have the first order ready to take in (the form filled out and copies of my husbands paystubs - which I thought was with the all the paperwork we turned in, but I guess it wasn't).
We are filing on our own because we couldn't afford a lawyer.

You must file with the court copies of your income - pay stubs, w-2 etc for the past year.
