Legal Question in Business Law in Utah

Is this considered slander?

I am hoping to start a web-site as a public service to the Salt Lake City area. I want to create a listing of all local doctors, dentists, and specialists. Patrons to my site would then be able to rate the doctors based on their experiences and add any comments as to whether they have had a pleasant or negative experience with the doctor. My aim is to recommend good doctors to the community and raise awareness about doctors who are providing negative experiences.

If someone posts a negative response about a doctor on my website, could that be considered slander or libel and would I be held responsible as the web master if I were to be sued?

Your response is appreciated!

Re: Is this considered slander?

It is not libel if the website clearly posts that the opintions are those of the people posting and may or may not reflect an accurate description of what happened.
