Re: miss use of trust

An attorney may not use the assets of any client for his personal use without written permission. Any attorney who misuses the assets of a client may be subject to civil and criminal action. If you are aware of such a violation you should contact one or more of the following: Utah Bar Association; city or county attorney; Utah Attorney General's Office; local law enforcement; or another attorney.
