Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah

Animal Attacking Animal

We have witness that can testify that our dogs went nowhere near the woman but were a good 15 feet away from her. What is considered an attack on our ticket it says animal attacking animal (worry) next to it. What does that mean? Can we still be charged with animal attacking animal when our dogs didn't do no such thing

Re: Animal Attacking Animal

You can be charged, but the question is whether the charge can be proven in court. Go to court and plead not guilty. Talk to the prosecutor and see if he will dismiss. If not, go to trial.
