Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah

In the state of utah do juvenile records get sealed after the age of 21. If they are not sealed can they look at your records without notice or use them on a case that has nothing to do with me

Juvenile records are not available for public inspection. However, they may be used to show a propensity for criminal activity.
