Ipod scam
i ordered an ipod from a web sight called the ipodseller i sent them a cashiers check they sent me an email may 3rd sayin the item will be shipped may 4th, it is now may 12th and i have not gotten it, its coming from florida i beleive dont know how many days it should take but i think it should have been here by now is there any recourse for me to get my money back if it doesnt get here soon? can i trace a cashiers ceck? what should i do next?

Sometimes you can stop a cashier's check. Go to the bank where you purchased it and talk to them. Otherwise you should continue to try to contact the seller. Also contact the Div. of Consumer Affairs for the State of Florida and see if they can help.
