Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I'm a cancer survivor, on 1.14.09 I had a Breast MRI at Medical City Hospital, my ins. BCBS of TX told me that they covered MRI's and my copay amont was $347.74. But Medical City put the incorrect billing code of 0159T and that code is not payable by BCBS on the bill there are 2 lines, one line code was paid, but the error code line was not paid, I have all my receipts and can attach for your review. I paid my responsibily stated by BCBS of $347.74. It just showed up on my credit report this month July 2010 and I have been continually making payments every month on the account. It was put on my credit report through West Assest Management! Please help!

You will need to resolve this with Medical City and BCBS. If you cannot resolve with them, sue Medical City in Small Claims Court
