Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

A company's billing department has sent us a bill for a knee surgery that my wife had way back on January 25, 2010. We have just barley gotten the first bill ever from them and I am wondering if it is legal for them to bill us. Am I obligated to pay? today is 04/22/2011

If you have not paid for the services, they can still bill you.
