Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

liability for adult child's bill

Before my daughter turned 18, I was listed as the responsible party for her dentist. Since she turned 18, the dentist performed some work without getting approval from the insurance company and now is charging the full $1,000. Who ultimately is liable for this bill?

Re: liability for adult child's bill
