Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I am currently a minor, i am supposed to be recieving a social security check each month, because my mom died 3 years ago. the money all goes to my bank account under my dads name. i recently found out that there is no money in my bank and that my dad has recieved all the checks. i have not lived with my for almost 3 years. i live at my grandmas and she should be the one recieving the money. what should i do?

Your dad should pay the money over to your grandmother. It is fraud for your dad to take the money. Talk to him if you can. If not talk to your local police department.
