Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I have been charged in the state of utah with possession of dangerous weapon on a restricted person i am a felon but the weapon was a multi purpose tool a leaher man and i was picked up on a warrant the tool was in my pocket and never used it in a threatening manner i am charged with a felony any chance i can plea it out to a misdemeanor
