Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I have an expungement question. I recieved a dui in November of 2006. (First time offense) It was reduced to a wet reckless class b. Recently passed was the Utah Expungement Act of 2010. As I understand it the time frames for expungement in utah are: 10 years for DUI and DUI Metabolite convictions; 4 years for a class B misdemeanor. Would I be eligible for expungement this November?

Only if it were a DUI misdemeanor.
