Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah

I used my husbands credit card which i was not authorized to do or is my name on the account and did online ganbling in january i sent an email to this casino asked them to close my account for good i and that i had a gambling problem and i was also going to inpatient rehabe. they closed it and said if you ever want to reopen it well a bout a month ago they reopened my acount and gave me 100 dollars to get me started well like i said i have a gambling problem and have now used my husbands card and he wants his money back how to i approach the situation with this casino in hopes they will return the money and then just do what ever they need to do to me to hold me responsible???

The fact that you have an admitted gambling problem is not going to hold any weight should you go to court. It is doubtful you would prevail against the casino in getting your money returned. If the charges were made on your husband's card without his permission or authorization, he should notify his credit card company and request a chargeback which is similar to putting a stop payment on a check.
