Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
me and another person was charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth) for residue in a pipe that was found under the matress on the side of the bed she was sleeping on she has took responsibillity for the pipe and said it was hers and plead guilty to the charge and is getting sentenced for it on 3/23/2010 so can they still charge me with the charge
