Child Support Withholding

Is there a Federal Law that prohibits Child Support Withholding or Wage Withholding if not making minimum wage?

There is no law that prohibits child support withholding. There are laws which expressly allow child support withholding and set forth the procedure to be used. The laws generally put the rights of the child over the desires of the parents. The child has a legal right to claim support from his/her parents.
