Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I just went through a divorce this year. I need to amend it, is this possible??? We did our divorce from legal help online and all seemed well. Now there is another woman in the picture and I am afraid that I will not get what was promised. He has already gone back on his word on several material things because "they are using it". I am afraid that I will not get my settlement on the house we built together as promised. Years ago I put down the down payment on another house in the excess of 20,000.00 dollars from a recent divorce. He has promised that much to me from this home. He says he doesn't have the money to give to me, yet they can buy a boat, go boating and plan a backyard wedding. I want to amend the divorce to state the real estate plus get my half of his business that we built together. I was married to this man 9 years, with him for 11 and stayed at home at his request to take care of the home and my children, He put me as vice president on his business when we got the license, but I am sure he has now changed it. Am I entitled to any or all of this???

It depends on the terms in your decree. If he misrepresented the true facts you may be able to get a modification. If he fails to keep the terms you can take him back to court on contempt charges and get orders to enforce the decree. You may call for a free consultation.
