Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My ex is not paying on what he is supposed to in the divorce decree.

I have student loans in my name and

my ex has cosigned on them. In the

divorce decree, he is supposed to pay

them off, as well as a credit card. He

has not paid anything on any of it.

The creditors are coming after me for

the money. They do not recognize

the divorce decree. They just want

their money. I have thought about

bankruptcy, but I can't bankrupt on

student loans, but I'm sinking

financially and can't keep up the min.

payments for much longer. Is there

anything I can do? I currently live in

Idaho, but the divorce is finalized in

SLC, Utah.

You can file a motion - essentially - suing to enforce the divorce decree in the divorce court.
