Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Recently my employment was permanitly terminated (November). I have joint legal and physical custody, but the Petitioner only sees the kids on Wednesday and every other weekend. Can the state legally prevent me from moving if the job requires me to relocate?

You need to follow the statute and give 60 day notice and let the court know that you have done such. It is then in the other parties hands to object and ask for a hearing and custody switch.
