Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Subpoenaing records

If I am in between lawyers, can I subpoena records on my own if I am representing myself currently? The records are with a third party drop off and pick up service for custody exchange.

If so, how would I go about doing that?

Re: Subpoenaing records

You will have to obtain a subpoena from the court clerk, fill it out and have it served on the person from whom you want records.
