Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Hi. My wife and I live together but are separating. She has a boyfriend, and I feel like their relationship is unhealthy. I don't want it around my kids, but she insists on bringing her boyfriend to our apartment. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Tell her to move out and leave the children. If you have evidence that he represents an immediate danger to your children you may be able to get a children's protective order. Go to the courthouse at 2525 Grant Ave in Ogden and see if they can get you a protective order. The order may give you temporary custody of the children.
