Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah

I received a DVD in the mail that I did not order or request. They keep sending me cards saying that I need to send it back or pay the money to buy it and the series. Am I obligated to buy this dvd or send it back?

I'd send it back. You're certainly not entitled to keep it.
