Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah
I am being sued of rent for an apartment I moved out of and had a walk through on and signed a new contract with the same managent for a new apartment. They let me move out early to move into the new apartment. And are now sueing me for the last two months of my old contract what should I do

Explain this to the judge. Bring evidence of both rental agreements to court and a copy of the sign off.
