Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah

After applying for a marriage visa, I know if you've been married for less than 2 years that there is a 2 year period of conditional residence before perminant residence may be granted. Does the two year conditional residence start from the marriage date, or from the date of application?

Neither. It starts when the conditional residency is approved, that'll be the date of issuance of the first conditional green card.
