Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah

Is dogs running at large and attackin a moral turpitude

I am about to apply for naturalization. However, a couple of weeks ago, I was charged with misdemeanor B for dogs running at large and attacking. My question is: is this misdemeanor a crime of moral turpitude, and if it is, does it make sense to apply for naturalization or should I wait another five years till this clears. I have no prior convictions.

No...it is not a crime involving moral turpitude. Expungement has no effect on Immigration and naturaliztion process...but you are still fine with one misdemenor conviction!!!
