Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah
I live in a over 55 mobile park. My daughter has been living with me. The owner of the park told me she had to move because she is not 30 years old.

If your lease specifies that there may not be any residents younger than 55, she will need to move. She can be a guest, but only for a limited period.
