Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Utah

Paralegals responsibility for knowing!

I am a student at college, studying to be a Paralegal. So my question is just a question, not a problem! If working as a paralegal for a Lawyer, you found out that he was using funds from a clients trust funds for his business operations. Do I have a legal responsibility to inform the Bar, or just turn my head?
