Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Utah

Pharmacist who wishes to become lawyer

Hi- are there any snafus if your pharmacy license has been surrendered/revoked and you wish to apply to law school? Will that fact ruin your chances of a law career? (My pharmacy career was ruined by someone I wish to sue for retalitory action.) But, I am most concerned with any type of professional future for me at all.

Thank you-

Dana

The law school may consider the facts surrounding the surrender of your license. If there were no criminal implications, it is unlikely that it would be a determinative factor. The best thing is to contact the law schools which you are considering attending.
