Legal Question in Mediation in Utah

If you both are going to a mediator and one of the spouses see\'s the mediator without telling the other spouse, and changes things to the paperwork, isn\'t it the responsibility of the mediator to call that other spouse and let her know of the changes?

The mediator must remain neutral. If there are changes made without your knowledge you are entitled to withdraw from the changed agreement.
