Lease option
We are in a lease option and need to get out. We signed the notice of intent to purchase at the beginning''. Financially we cant do it anymore. We cant get approved. We tried to give a 30 day notice and their attorney wrote us a nasty letter saying they are enforcing the purchase contract. What can i do?
