Can a creditor go after or put a lien on property that the debtor is a co-signer on the mortgage for but not listed on the title?

There are only a few ways one can legally place a lien on another's property. Your document may allow the creditor to put a lien on your property, but that is not likely. You'll have to read the agreement to be sure. The other ways involve the court: either by a court order during litigation or by court judgment (i.e., after a trial and a judgment has been entered).
