Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

I met a gentle and had conidred marrying him, to the point that I said yes if certain conditions where met. When he was kicked out of his housing I allowed him to store most of his belongings in my spare room and to rent my second car. He has since been sent to jail for communication fraud. The detective that was watching the house asked it I had the files they were looking for, I told them that I did but did not know which files where the ones they wanted. They declined taking anyof them and told me that I could get rid of all his stuff. What are the legalties in this situation? What are his rights at this point?

Give him notice at his last known address that you intend on disposing the property with 14 days of the date of the notice. Then dispose of the property.
