Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

Tenancy at will - termination

I sublet space from another business, and I my self am going out of business. My business is an LLC. I was understanding that I could terminate tenancy at any time.

1 Could my Tenancy be considered a tenancy at will?

Why or Why not?

2 What notice must me given if any on the termination of a tenancy at will?

Thanks

Re: Tenancy at will - termination

The answer to your question depends on the documents you signed, or the terms to which you agreed. An attorney would have to read the documents to answer.
