Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

sexual harrasment by president

I worked for a president of a company that was co owned by another company. when the president that I worked for started being sexually inappropriate I asked him to stop and when he didn't I was told to get ahold of the hr of the co owned company. I have a suit against him and now he will not be removed cause he is the president and the president of the cowned company says he don't need to make this president leave. Even my attorney says it is different for the president. How is it different between the president harrassing you or a regular employee?
