Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

Told employer about sexual harassment

I have a friend who is being sexually harassed at work. She told her employer about it, and he yelled at her and called her a liar.

She pointed out that other people at her work had witnessed it, and also that other people have been harassed by the same person (and even reported it to the employer) and he said they were liars too.

What can she do? She doesn't want to lose her job but is afraid of the co-worker who is doing this and now upset by the employer who doesn't believe her.
