Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

My Father lived in Utah and died 12/25/11. My brother is the Trustee of the Family Trust. Is there a way to legally request an audit of the trust? I am concerned about embezzlement.

If you are a beneficiary of the trust you can request a copy of the trust and an accounting for what has happened in the trust. Usually the trustee reports at least once a year. If the trustee is not cooperating you will have to file a case in court to compel the trustee to provide what you want.
