unsuitable personal representative

In Utah can you argue someones character (ie.convicted felon) as grounds for denial as personal representative?

Yes. If there is just cause the court can appoint a new personal representative. If the PR has not yet been officially appointed, any other candidate can apply so the court can have a choice. You may call for a free consultation.
