repayment for stolen property
My baseball card collection valued at $110,000. was stolen. Person was caught and plead guilty. Received suspended sentence. Insurance payed $50,000. How can I make the thief pay the $60,000. difference?

As a victim you should have appeared at sentencing and asked that repayment be a condition of his sentence. Now all you can do is sue.
