Can the state of Vermont regulate a Florida license in a DUI case? Will Florida recognize a DUI arrest in Vermont?

Can the state of Vermont regulate a Florida license in a DUI case?

No. But it can stop you from driving in Vermont.

Will Florida recognize a DUI arrest in Vermont?

Yes. Florida will revoke you for life if you have 4 DUI convictions. Colorado is the only state that will give you a license after that happens.
